General Return Guidelines
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 5 days of delivery for unworn, unaltered items with tags attached.
Items returned after 5 days of delivery will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Options
- Prepaid Return Label: $12.00 will be deducted from your refund once processed.
- Self-Ship Return: You may use any carrier of your choice and pay the shipping cost directly.
Wig & Apparel Returns
- Return or exchange within 5 days of delivery.
- Exchange: Contact Customer Service.
- Return: Refund issued minus original shipping and return processing fees.
If you receive a damaged product, please inform us within 2 working days of delivery.
Web Exclusive Items
- Return or exchange within 5 days of delivery.
- Returns for refund are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- A $12 return shipping fee will apply.
- Restocking fee may be waived when an exchange order is placed.
- Items must be returned in pristine condition with original packaging.
Restrictions
All returned items are inspected upon receipt. Returns must include original packaging such as hair nets, tags, and inserts.
- Discounted or promotional items may have refunds adjusted accordingly.
- The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Wig liners
- Foam heads
- Fragrances, unless damaged upon receipt
- Customers who refuse delivery may incur a $19 restocking fee.
Processing Times
- Refunds and exchanges are processed within 3–7 business days.
- Check refunds may take up to 21 days.
- Refunds are issued to the original form of payment.
- Please keep all shipping receipts and tracking information for reference.
